[twist-tabletweaving] Turning Directions for Pattern in TWIST

Hi everybody!  I am a new tablet weaver (already obsessed) who likes 
complicated patterns.  There is a gorgeous pattern in the Fall 2009 TWIST by 
Eva Sandermann Olsen.  Instead of written turning directions, she has provided 
a chart.  Is there a written-out version of the turning directions anywhere?  I 
would rather not have to write mine out from the chart before diving in.  As a 
newbie, I'm still in the 'following the pattern' stage, although I plan on 
changing this as I get more experience.  Thanks!
