Uh, why would you want to create zombies? Since Twisted installs a SIGCHLD handler, it's not unlikely that non- cooperating libraries that create subprocesses, such as the multiprocessing module, will miss their exit notification, leaving a zombie. If you *don't* want zombies, use reactor.spawnProcess (or a library on top of it, like Ampoule) instead.
