I am also +1.  I think Craig has demonstrated the utmost respect for the 
process and has demonstrated a clear ability to follow it, which is the main 
criteria.

Please do remember though that as a team member you have the responsibility to 
review others' code as well, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the 
process ;-).  I've sent you an invite to the relevant github organization.

Also: we've previously discussed governance and a better onboarding / selection 
process for new members.  We haven't had a person willing to take charge of 
that process, design and administer it, so in the meanwhile, rather than the 
vague in-between state we've had, I am going to make it explicit: induction of 
new members into the Twisted Matrix Labs org will just be at my discretion as 
Project Leader for now.  So I'm making Craig a member by executive order ;-).

If someone would like to step forward to help facilitate a better 
induction/onboarding process (I don't think this one is ideal, it's certainly 
more work for me!) then we can do something more formal, but in the meanwhile, 
it can at least be clear, if not ideal.
