I found the above link to work pretty well, you might have to adjust the
CSS for it to work perfectly depending on the bootstrap version you are
using. I think that issue has the adjusted CSS for it in it. I have a
copy that works really well but I'm not 100% sure what all I had to do
with the CSS I can send you copy of mine if you want it.
