Hi Kedar,

This is James from WrapBootstrap.

In general the themes play nicely with upgrades. Sometimes changes
introduced in new versions of Bootstrap affect how a theme looks. This is
to be expected and sellers are able to post updates of their items that get
sent out to past customers.

As far as the amount of additional code being introduced (custom or open
source), it depends on the theme. Sellers must use Bootstrap but may also
include any other code or plugin (as long as that code doesn't duplicate
Bootstrap functionality). Bootstrap assets must remain separate from any
custom code in order to allow customers to upgrade the theme on their own
if they wish.

Regards,
James
