Hi,
I have one HTML ImageMap with some selectable areas that raises
popovers on mouse over (hover) and one modal when clicked:
HTML:
"<area shape="poly" id="id1"
coords="609,102,620,12,711,12,753,10,742,166,718,213," href="#form"
data-toggle="modal" rel="popover" class="open-Part" html="true" data-
content="POPOVER Data 2 Present" data-original-title="POPUP Title"
alt="blabla"/>"
Javascript:
<script type="text/javascript">
$(function() {
$("[rel=popover]").popover({
placement: 'right',
trigger: 'hover'
});
});
</script>
On IE (9) it is somehow well presented - a little to the left (50px)
from the pointed area but acceptable.
On Firefox, it is presented on the right of the Image that contains
the areas (ImageMaps) - OK
The error is on Google Chrome - Popovers are presented on the top left
page area - I believe that it show it starting at left=0 top=0 - This
makes that only one half of the popover is presented at a wrong place.
The ideal presentation area should be on the right of the ImageMap or
at least the mouse pointer.
Can anyone help?
