I've seen various grid systems on the internet and some of them have margins on both the right and left side of the first column. When looking at the first column for the grid in Bootstrap, I noticed there is no margin on the left side of the first column. So, each column has a right margin, not a left margin. Is that the correct way to think about the BS grid system?
