Hi, Fluid means that the column width is calculated percents, so 12 cols grid will take full page width minus the container-fluid left/right padding which is 20px. What you'll do in Photoshop will be a fixed size mockup... I'm not aware of a way of imitating the browser behavior in Photoshop.
