I notice you have bootstrap.js and then all the subsequent js files 
afterwards. Is there any particular reason for this? I don't see anything 
in the console indicating an error so this could take a little 
investigative work. I would get rid of all of those .js bootstrap files and 
keep the master bootstrap.js with all the components included. They even 
provide a compact version. You also have a lot of stuff going on javascript 
wise, jquery, scriptaculous, jquery plugins. best bet is to start going 
backwards and remove all non essential files. 

Let us know how it goes.
