[twitter-dev] Need advice on how to periodically fetch all twits from a country

Hi,

I would like to know what is the standard (and recommended) way of
periodically fetching all twits from a country, namely Portugal. I
have been using the search API with the geocode parameter and a 250
mile radius. Is this the best option?

Would I be better using multiple fetches with smaller radius?
