So you want to encode text as an image...then translate the image to text, send through twitter, translate the text to an image...and then decode the QR code back to text?
I have no idea why you would want to do that. There must be an easier way. Convert the QR code back to text and send via twitter, or something. It probably wouldn't work anyways - the image would be too degraded (judging by the picture in your first link) for the QR code to be recognized properly.
