feel free to e-mail me off list, but if you could provide: source IP address; timestamps when this is occuring; and the precise call that you are doing then we can take a look!
Hi, I noticed that api requests from my server (rate limit is 20000) take up to 20-30 seconds. The rate limit status says that there are 20000 hits remaining, but that request itself also takes 30s.
