Indeed several, but people love ours because we do it smarter:
* change @mentions to Twitter real names
* post links to FB wall so your friends can see previews, watch
videos, and/or play audio inline
* give you the option of an inclusive (#fb) or exclusive (!fb) filter
on what tweets to post
