You could try ordering your request parameters. I know that isn't required for the oauth spec, but I remember having to do that with a problem I was facing when making oauth requests where I'd get a 401: http://groups.google.com/group/twitter-development-talk/browse_thread/thread/7301cc9b210f585a/9cd5a6d47477ecc4.
