Was the character limit on Twitter searches recently increased?  The
following query seems to work, but it has well over 140 characters
(almost 200 characters, in fact)

http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=%28road+OR+street+OR+car+OR+motorcycle+OR+scooter+OR+traffic+OR+congestion+OR+highway+OR+freeway%29+%28austin+OR+atx%29+-house+-downtown+-reed+-basin+-jesse+-bye+-uhf+-department+-stuck+-acquisition
