Hello ... had the intention to develop an application based on Twitter search ...
1) It can increase the Twitter search limit assigned to 20000 requests per IP? 2) when i create a hashtag ... this is not automatically and instantly reflected in the search .. what requirements must have a hashtag (of time or amount) to be searchable?
