Unfortunately the REST API doesn't have a dedicated page linking to each piece of the documentation (though it's something we're going to rectify). The page you linked to, http://dev.twitter.com/doc contains links to each documented resource of the REST API along the right-hand sidebar, categorically organized based on the kind of objects the resource works with.
