This call returns with "next_cursor_str":"1370145116766924316" I make the next cursor call as : https://api.twitter.com/1/followers/ids.json?screen_name=ev&cursor=-1&next_cursor=1370145116766924316 Is this correct? If that's the case, each of these calls return a 'ids' list which consist of the list of followers (5000 per call).
