We are located in Washington DC. I see javascript errors in IE but not in other browsers. I wish I could upload the screen shot of the section where the captcha is not visible. We are using the URL https://dev.twitter.com/apps/new# to register new app. Since the URL is https , the SSL is enabled by default.
