Actually you can. If you are a one-man band practising SCRUM, then you will be playing multiple roles like PO (Product Owner), SM (Scrum Master) as well as the team. You could have a chalkboard with 'done' criteria being checked off as you develop the features of your app. It would be nice if you could post your experiences in a blog as you progress on the dev.
