We intend to create an option of "Add to List" as in twitter. When clicked, this would show the authenticating user's lists and tick off those the target account is already part of. The problem is with the second part "ticking of the lists the target account is part of", as it is taking too many API calls. Is there any way we can get this done by a single or at the max two API calls?
