twittering-status-formatに指定できる修飾子として
%FACE[face-name]{...}を追加しました。
{...}内部の文字列に、face-nameで指定されたfaceを付与します。
{...}内では%sや%S等、他の置換用文字を(ほぼ)自由に使えます。
但し、正規表現で置換を行っている都合上{...}の内部では{}の
ペアを2重にすることはできません。
例を挙げると、%FACE[bold]{%C{%H:%M}}は可能ですが
%FACE[bold]{%FILL{%C{%H:%M}}は正しく解釈できません。
(あまり需要があるとも思いにくいですが…)
