Hello Angus, Tested on XP ... works too.
The "original" program that I must replace (and don't have the sources) works on the NT4 machine so there must be something to do. What could be the difference between NT4 SP6 and XP/Vista Winsock layer that would produce this "bind error address already in use" ???
