I was installing in an MS VPC 2007 VM, from an ISO image, while my PC was doing several other things. It literally took three hours to unpack the files, lots of disk thrashing. But at least my Delphi subs correctly identify it: OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 6.1.7000 If the next major version is called Windows 8, wonder if they will skip version 7.0 and go to 8.0.
