Hello,

Arduino version you show on your pages doesn't seems to have an Ethernet port and not even a TCP/IP stack. You need somthing like "Arduino Ethernet Shield" (http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoEthernetShield). Once you have this up and running, writing a Delphi program using ICS becomes more or less trivial.

Subject: [twsocket] Will Pay! Delphi / Arduino / WIZ110SR

If you can put together a simple set up connecting a Windows PC
running a program written in Delphi 4 or 7 (the "basic" edition of
either), the ICS, an Arduino, and a Wiznet WIZ110SR (or similar...
Ethernet module)... I will pay you!!! (I'm not flexible on the first
requirements, but I am AM flexible on which Ethernet module is used.)

Details at....

http://www.arunet.co.uk/tkboyd/ele1psac.htm

(The Arduino is a neat little open source microprocessor project. If
you haven't seen it, and you like (or would like!) to "play" on the
hardware side, have a look at....

http://www.arunet.co.uk/tkboyd/ele1psa.htm

(No, that's not a typo... the two URLs are similar... but not the
same.)

Hope the right person is out there!

Tom
