Only one is enough.
The one which listen may also send UDP datagrams to a specific host using
SendTo method.
Also what is the property that tells you what the IP address the UDP
packet
came from ??
Use ReceiveFrom method to receive a UDP datagram and the sender informations
(IP/Port)
