Hello, for developpers there is a free support form or something like this available. That one I used at least once for getting answers of some "bureaucratic" questions before starting some development.
You'll get answers from them but bear in mind when asking that those who answer play a bit dumb. Pose your question with as much detail etc. as you can. They do not seem to follow the general train of thought or show innitiavite. You'll rather get a questionaire about the quality of their support rather soon.
