Look at the OverbyteIcsMimeDemo which allows you to decode emails previously saved as text files. Basically, call the DecodeFileEx with the file name or DecodeStreamEx with the stream, and all the decoded headers and data will be found in a dynamic array PartInfos. The demo displays all these parts so you see what you get.
