Support for Delphi and C++ Builder XE3 is now available in ICS V8 beta available from:

Thanks to Arno for many months of work implementing and testing these changes. ICS V7 currently only supports up to RAD Studio XE2, but support for XE3 will be added shortly (but not FireMonkey).
