Can BCB5 run ICS-SSL?

-downloaded ICS-V5
-downloaded
<http://www.overbyte.be/arch/IcsSslSrcV5i.zip>IcsSslSrcV5i.zip into
the ICS5 install directory
-set the option USE_SSL
-build IcsBcb5
but that faults
[Pascal Error] IcsLIBEAY.pas(1151): Undeclared identifier: 'MinDateTime'
[Pascal Fatal Error] WSocket.pas(672): Could not compile used unit
'IcsLIBEAY.pas'
Is BCB5 too old?
