Embarcadero has just released RAD Studio Tokyo 10.2.1 on EDN. There are a lot of fixes over the initial Tokyo release.

It seems Microsoft changed (ie improved) the way DLLs load in Windows 10 1703 (aka Creators edition) which effects packages created by all versions of Delphi. It makes loading packages much slower, which can slow down debugging or even freeze the IDE, and applications that distribute packages are slowed as well. It does not effect applications without external package DLLs. Can not say I've really noticed this, although both versions of Delphi I use do periodically lock up. Microsoft has already fixed the DLL loading issue for the next Autumn release of Windows 10 and it's in the current insider version, it could also appear through Windows Update. Tokyo 10.2.1 also fixes the linker issue.
