Is there any way that we can turn on something like mod_security for trac? We keep getting the same half-dozen spams over and over again, and they'd be easy to stop with mod_security. We'd just feed it a big regex and tell it to block any posts that include the regex in the body. Considering how many spam defacements we're seeing daily, this would be a nice improvement.
