[typo] Stable revisions

Hey guys, after a night of fighting rails, only to realize that maybe I had download a build of rails that wasn't complete, I'm wondering if there would be any way to note revisions that don't break, I'm downgrading to 760 as I write this, as I've seen someone recommend it on the list, so maybe an email topic of "tested revisions" where people can post the latest revision they've been able to migrate to without things falling apart.

Just a thought..
