Sounds exactly like what t3_locmanager is supposed to do (never tried it): http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/t3_locmanager/0.2.0/view/1/1/ Is this the right time when one should start complaining that there are many extensions that try to do the same thing over and over, and none of these extensions ever reaches the state "close-to-perfect"?
