hi, use simulate be user plugin. the manual has al the details, but the bottomline is:
1) make a BE user and a BE user group which has all the settings of what he/she can or can't do 2) go to your FE user and in edit mode you can set a "related be user" don't forget to make a mointingpoint for the fileadmin access and to set the acces in the acces module( left under web). hope this helps a bit.. kind regards On 12 Jun 2007, at 07:47, Kuldev Singh wrote: > Tapio Markula wrote: >> Kuldev Singh kirjoitti: >>> Hi >>> >>> Can typo3 provide permission to website user for fe editing ?.and >>> How?. >> >> fe editing is a kind of backend editing - it uses the same access >> control as backend editing but offers a different inteface. > > Thanks > > But is it possible to give permission for frontend users or > usergroup to > edit contents of website from frontend only ?. > > Kuldev Bisht > _______________________________________________ > TYPO3-english mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-english -- Nico Potvin KAN Design Antwerpen - Belgium Phone: +32 (0)3 203 41 69 Fax: +32 (0)3 225 14 05 E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.kandesign.com _______________________________________________ TYPO3-english mailing list [email protected] http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-english
