*Back end* user access control. Say you want group Editor to be able to edit
a page, but you only want user Alfred to edit the first 5 content elements,
but Bethany needs to edit the last 5. TYPO3 doesn't do this by default. Can
it be made to do so?

James,

Front end usergroup access is built into content element (and many other
record types as well) already!

Cheers,
Andrew
