After switching to Typo3 version 4.1.1 I noticed that no tt news categories are being saved. I figured that the problem might be solved by upgrading to news version 2.5.0, but this did not work. I then downgraded back to ttnews 2.4.0 and the categories still do not save.
Does anyone have any leeway into a solution? the so-called "solutions" posted at the bugtracker for typo3 version 4.0.4 did not work either.. http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=5103 but I assume its the same issue...generally.
