update: In my case the reason was that I moved to a new hoster without the domain. I first wanted to build the site and then move the domain. But the hoster did some weird redirecting so typo3 couldn't find its way anymore. So the only practicable solution was to register a domain with that hoster, reinstall typo3 and now all is fine.
