The path isn't right, this way. TYPO3 needs you to add the full array
key inside condition statements, below the full actual TMENU setup
that's supposed to work if the condition doesn't match:
[TSFE:page|doktype = 123]
your.tmenu.key {
ACT.doNotLinkIt = 1
}
[global]
