Hello! I just released RealURl 1.2 to TER. There are some major changes that you should know.
1. Added autoconfiguration feature. It works if you install RealURL but do not write configuration manually. It will check all domain records and all languages and generate configuration. Notice that if you add or remove domains/languages, you need to regenerate automatic configuration. Details are in the manual. 2. Extensions now can add/alter automatic configuration through hook. 3. I think I finally fixed famous "was not a postVar as expected" error. 4. Fixed a probblem when two URLs could be resolved to the same page id due to short md5 hash. This is now replaced with full md5. There are lots of changes in the code, especially for item #3. I tested RealURL on several sites and it appears to work correctly, so I decided to upload it. If you find any errors, make sure to post them to BT as I process only items from BT (not e-mails!) when fixing errors. I'll try to give answers in this thread too but I do not read this list often. I strognly recommend clearing encode and decode caches immediately after installing new realurl because old entries may cause conflicts with newer ones.
