[TYPO3] Extension Manager: No file uploaded! Probably the file was too large for PHPs internal limit for uploadable files.

Hi List,

I get this error when uploading the TX3 extension file I downloaded.

I need a work around for this error. I don't have access to the php.ini 
file to make changes.
