I mean, I performed a new installation of typo3 and some new plugins available from http://typo3.org/extensions/ are not suitable as the oldest one I infact have to get these plguins from the previous installation.
When you're in the Extension Manager and you have searched for a plugin, you can click on the plugin's name to access a details screen. Towards the top of that screen you will find a drop-down menu with a list of older versions.
