I think Ø is pronounced like eu in French "bleu"
And Å is like the au in english "caught"

So I would guess it's pronounced skaurheug?? (?score-hay-oog?)

Yes :-)

Because spelling of "Kasper" does not use non-English letters and I 
pretty sure that I pronounce his first name correctly.
