I have finally started writing down my ideas for that. I wouldn't say it's complete, but it's a start. http://forge.typo3.org/wiki/extension-surveyserver/Introduction The base source code uploaded just defines database tables and a skeleton BE modules that just shows registered remote TYPO3 installs. If you're interested in participating, please register yourself as a member of that project.
