Hi David, have a look at your localconf.php-file: In the part which the install-tool can change, there has to be a list with the extensions to load.
Seems like this list is corrupted in your installation, e.g. by a linebreak in between. However, it has to contain the extensions cms and sv. Alternativelly you can completely delete this line, but than you have to install all custom extensions again.
