It would ease custom-disclaimer creation (editing locallang is not for everyone) and prevents poluting the locallang with a "standard" disclaimer type which probably anyway would be dropped.
It does not cover cases like "How old are you? [Select]", but you could re-express it to "Yes, I am older than 13" and it would work out of the box.
