Why substituting {page:14}->http://mysite.name works in this case:

lib.head.10 = TEXT

)
insertData = 1
}
but doesn't work here with {page:35}:
lib.newsholder = COA
lib.newsholder {
10 = TEXT
10 {
value (
<div class="l1h">
<a href="{page:35}">Page name</a>
</div>
)
insertData = 1
}
