This is what "noMatch=bypass" does. If it is not specified, than the segment is 
assumed to be a fixedPostVar.

fixedPostVars should be applied to a single page, not to _DEFAULT. When you 
apply them to _DEFAULT, you apply them to absolutely all pages of the site. 
Applying tt_news fixedPostVars for all pages of the site is not what you want 
to do :) So just change _DEFAULT to an exact page id.
