This US report was funded by advertising by NGO consultants who are platform stakeholders. Idealware, has been comparing these same programs for the past few years. Nothing much new here, they are now more familiar with the respective communities and are able to get some support and sell some advertising, so now they can give the report away. Maybe the bigger point is Typo3 doesn't have much awareness here in the US. I would be pleasantly surprised to see it included an any US report.
