[TYPO3-english] RealUrl and cache problem

I am getting one problem with realurl and its weird one. It seems 
sometime realurl is working fine but the other time I am getting 
"Reason: Segment "XX" was not a keyword for a postVarSet as expected!" 
error. But surprisingly, this goes away when I clear the cache in the 
BE. Any suggestion or recommendation on this be appreciated. Thanks in 
advance.
